Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Parking in Downtown Mystic can be a challenge, but we have adequate parking behind our building. If you are running late, please let me know and I will do my best to accomodate you.
Arriving late will likely limit the allocated time set aside for you and might run the risk of having to reschedule for another time. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation + No Show
I do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the original service cost does apply and will be due before a new apointment is scheduled.
Should you no show your appointment, 100% of the original service cost that was booked will be due before a new appointment is made.
